Presented here is a list of all the regular yoga courses available only to members of Le Yoga. We are committed to providing you with access to yoga courses of the highest quality. Members benefit from a wide choice of yoga courses, all of which are available at different levels of difficulty according to your own level of physical fitness.

Based on your personal experience of doing yoga, Le Yoga is also committed to helping you become a high level  practitioner over a gradual period of time. Our courses cover the practice of both basic and advanced postures. Furthermore, we assure you that these practices, whilst appearing to be separate from one another, are in fact entirely sequential, coordinated and harmonious.   • Vinyasa Flow 1 90min Vinyasa Flow is a classic yoga class, which emphasises the Asana downstream at a moderate speed and is flexibly designed and arranged according to the physical fitness and yoga level of those taking the class. This class is suitable for experienced trainees but we suggest you take this class at least three times prior to continuing with the study of basic Vinyasa Yoga.

  • Rise & Shine 75min The design of "Rise & Shine" lies in the ancient Indian tradition of displaying gratitude to the selflessness of the sun, which grants all creatures with light and strength. The postures of Sun Solutions Yoga implyis this overriding sense of gratitude. In this course, you will focus on the Sun Solutions of Ashtanga Yoga. With the help of oral guidance and physical demonstration from a yoga master, we encourage yoga students to explore practicing their pace and depth of breathing accordingly. Meanwhile, the integrity of Sun Solutions Yoga will contribute to one’s spinal flexibility.
  • Spinal Therapy 90min Spinal Therapy is a yoga course focusing on spinal repair. This class, hosted by an experienced yoga master, aims at maintaining, developing and improving spinal vitality via a series of yoga postures that require a high level of endurance on the part of the student. This course requires practitioners to make use of tools and equipment in order to attain the best results.
  • Yoga Therapy 90min This is a thematic yoga class, which can cover emoluments spinal therapy yoga, and digestive system therapy amongst others. Suitable for beginners, this class helps trainees coordinate their physical exercise with the balancing and harmony of the body’s organs.
  • Pranayama & Asana 75min Pranayama aims at prolonging one’s life through traditional breathing exercises, which is best carried out in the morning. Breathing is the key to linking one’s consciousness and physical body together. By partaking in the exercises of Pranayama, practitioners can achieve the skill required for Asana. Asana exercises follow the classic Hatha postures and borrows the overall safety concept, allowing the body to remain in a relaxed state whilst practitioners maintain continuous positions allowing for all-round analysis of one’s balance and posture. The class will lead to the gradual and eventual progress of students overall ability. The combination exercises of Pranayama and Asana makes it easier for one’s body, whilst relaxing, to generate awareness and to drive the motivation levels needed for the rest of the day.
  • Yoga Props 75min Rope Assisted Yoga, suitable for experienced yoga practitioners, utilises Asana exercises with the assistance of tools and equipment, including yoga rope, blocks and cushions, which are helpful in allowing practitioners to gain awareness and sensitivity of the Asana posture. For instance, in order to arise and relax the deeper Asana, combined with breathing exercises, we will carry out bending, balancing and hand-stands with the assistance of yoga rope.
